L’Oreal Infallible Le Gloss 8 Hour Lip Gloss Review

L’Oreal has a new Dependable lip gloss formula available. Infallible Le Gloss 8 Hour assurances a long-wearing, glossy finish. I like Infallible lip gloss but it has a bit of a silicone-like feel on lips that I’ve never totally come to terms with so I was interested if anything changed with this new formula.

Hydrating gloss formula preserves lips soft, smooth, colorful and glossy for almost eight shining hours The patented Petit Couer applicator contours lips accurately, giving you a smooth, even, perfect finish every time. Available in the range of 20 sheer, glowing shades that stay true without changing, fading or blurring.  The shade, Barely Nude, appears to be a nude peach shade to me as it counterparts my pale skin tone very well. It complements a variety of pale, light and dusky skin tones with peachy-nude hue on the lips. In fact, it approaches up as semi-opaque on my lips, blurring minor flaws kindly without looking cakey or else layered. However, its texture seems tacky on the lips. I love the way it comes up – smooth as well as semi-opaque on lips, but I dislike that sticky and adhesive feel it provides for numerous minutes post application. Although the tackiness fades away after few hours, the gloss stops viewing shiny on the lips. If you are a usual gloss fan, then you might be expecting a spicy wet shine on the lips as long as the gloss stays. But miserably, this “gloss” has all good qualities like forcefully pigmented color, a capability to cover minor dryness etc. but it is not as glossy as a normal gloss.

Color stays true without changing, fading or dulling. This pretty, hydrating shade doesn’t bleed or else smear. It looks crazy glossy in the tube, but once on, the shimmer mellows meaningfully.

The formula has changed quite little in all honesty or at least I don’t think so. The texture is quite thick but it doesn’t have a sticky, sticky feel and it has a knack for wrapping around lips and wearing securely enough but there is still a touch of that silicone-like feel to the luster and I actually question why it feels that way. I really think this could be a total winner without that strange feel but my main guess would be that this is what grips the gloss in place for the long wear.
